Establish the project record
Organise existing registration and property documents, approved resolutions, correspondence and reports supplied by the society. Create a missing-information checklist and a record of the decisions awaiting review. The scope can cover an early proposal or an ongoing project, subject to the records available.
Make financial terms easier to compare
Prepare side-by-side schedules of the financial terms supplied in proposals, with assumptions and exclusions clearly recorded. Track agreed payments, receipts and project-related accounting records. Financial schedules support the committee’s review; they do not determine technical feasibility, developer suitability or the legal adequacy of an offer.
Coordinate the professional inputs
Agree responsibilities and document exchanges with the society’s appointed advocate, architect, engineer or project-management consultant as needed. Meeting-document preparation and follow-up can be included within the agreed administrative scope. Technical surveys, structural certification, design, valuation, title opinions and legal drafting require separately engaged professionals with the relevant competence and authority.
Keep decisions and approvals with the right parties
The society and its authorised bodies make project decisions under the applicable framework. The engagement identifies the current requirements to be checked, responsible reviewers and approvals needed. No fixed approval timeline, additional floor area, developer appointment, financial return or redevelopment outcome is promised.
Before we begin
Can you work with our existing advocate or project consultant?
Yes. Agree the communication permissions and division of work first. Our documentation and accounting support can sit alongside separately appointed legal and technical professionals.
Does this include engineering or legal certification?
No certification or technical appointment is implied. Required technical assessments, title opinions and legal drafting must be separately scoped with appropriately qualified professionals.
Agree the work before sharing records.
Tell us the period, approximate workload and the help you need. We confirm the records, responsibilities, review process and fees before accepting the assignment. Use the enquiry form for a brief description; document exchange is arranged separately.
