India services / GST compliance
GST support, from registration to regular compliance.
GST compliance involves more than submitting returns. Invoices, purchase records and tax credits need to be checked together so differences can be identified and addressed.
Led by Mohit Vinayak Dhake, GST Practitioner, Dhake & Associates assists businesses with registration-related work, return preparation, reconciliations and supporting documentation. Each assignment is agreed according to the business’s requirements and the applicable authorisation.
Before filing, we agree on the records, authorisation and review steps required. Differences identified during reconciliation are shared for clarification. The registered person remains responsible for the correctness of the particulars filed on their behalf.
Input-tax-credit reconciliation identifies differences for review. Matching a portal statement alone does not establish eligibility; the relevant records and applicable conditions also need to be considered.
