Spreadsheets and collaboration
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace may form part of the agreed reporting or document workflow. Confirm file formats, access controls, ownership and storage locations before creating shared working files.
MIS and accounting-system implementation
For India assignments, discuss the chart of accounts, reporting requirements, opening data, reconciliations and user handover. A system implementation requires a separate plan, test checks and client approval before live records are changed.
Confirm fit before access
Describe the software edition, transaction sources, approximate volume and work you want to delegate. The proposal should state what the team can support now, what needs preparation and what remains with another provider.
