Dhake & Associates was established in 2019 in Shahapur, Maharashtra. We work with businesses, individuals, co-operative societies, housing societies, trusts and educational institutions on their accounting and compliance requirements.

We review what is available, identify missing information and agree on the work that needs to be completed.
We are expanding our accounting delivery capabilities to support international accounting practices and businesses, with the US, UK and Australia as target markets. Our India practice remains a core part of the firm.

Mohit Vinayak Dhake
Founder & CEO | M.Com., GDC&A | GST Practitioner
Mohit Vinayak Dhake is the Founder and CEO of Dhake & Associates, a professional accounting, audit, taxation and advisory firm based in Shahapur, Maharashtra. He holds an M.Com. in Accountancy and Auditing and is qualified in GDC&A, along with certifications in GST, forensic accounting, business accounting and taxation, SAP Finance and cyber laws.
Mohit Dhake is not a Chartered Accountant. The GST Practitioner credential relates to Indian GST services.
