He holds an M.Com. in Accountancy and Auditing and is qualified in GDC&A, along with certifications in GST, forensic accounting, business accounting and taxation, SAP Finance and cyber laws.

He leads the firm’s work in accounting, GST and income-tax compliance, TDS, internal audits, financial reporting and regulatory advisory. He has substantial experience in the audit and financial management of co-operative credit societies, housing societies, educational institutions, charitable trusts and small and medium-sized businesses.

Mohit also advises co-operative societies on statutory compliance, recovery proceedings, financial controls, loan and deposit operations, audit rectification and matters arising under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 and the applicable rules. As a GST Practitioner, he assists clients with GST registration, return filing, reconciliation, notices and other procedural requirements.

Along with professional assignments, he is actively involved in the management of co-operative financial institutions. His practical experience in administration, compliance and technology enables him to understand clients’ operational difficulties and provide workable solutions rather than limited, routine advice.
